Founder & CEO – Simon Chen
Simon Chen is the Founder and CEO of Pellove. Since entering the leather goods industry in 2011, he has focused on premium leather customization, leather electronic accessories, and export-oriented business for European and North American markets. With a hands-on entrepreneurial spirit and a long-term commitment to product quality, Simon has led Pellove from a small booth of just over 10 square meters in Huaqiangbei to a modern leather goods manufacturer serving global clients.
Over the past decade, Simon has built deep experience in product development, craftsmanship improvement, supply chain management, and brand service. He understands the expectations of premium overseas markets and places strong emphasis on material selection, product detail, quality control, and practical customer needs. Under his leadership, Pellove has continued to strengthen its manufacturing system, quality standards, and customized service capability for international buyers.
Outside of work, Simon enjoys tea culture and collects rosewood pieces, antiques, and traditional decorative items. His appreciation for traditional craftsmanship, material texture, and long-lasting value also shapes the way he looks at product development. For Simon, leather goods are not only functional products, but a combination of material, craftsmanship, design, and user experience—values that continue to influence Pellove’s approach to every custom leather project.

Eva is a leather accessories specialist with 7 years of experience in developing and supporting premium lifestyle products. She focuses on combining craftsmanship, durability, and modern design to create leather goods that are both functional and refined. With strong experience in material selection, product development, and customer-oriented solutions, Eva helps clients turn product ideas into well-crafted results for different markets.
Aurora, Sales Supervisor
Aurora is an experienced international sales professional specializing in premium leather accessories. She works closely with clients to turn ideas into high-quality products, helping bridge communication between design, development, and production. With a strong focus on practical solutions, efficient coordination, and long-term partnerships, Aurora supports global clients with clear communication and reliable project follow-through.
Frank Wang, Quality Manager
Frank Wang has 13 years of experience in quality management and is responsible for Pellove’s overall quality control system. He oversees quality performance across incoming materials, in-process production, finished goods inspection, and shipment control, helping ensure that standards are maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Nathan Liu, Business Development Director
Nathan Liu focuses on business development and brand growth at Pellove, helping expand the company’s presence in global markets. With a strong understanding of market positioning, customer needs, and long-term business strategy, he supports the development of partnerships that connect product capability with commercial opportunity.
Alan Li, Product Development / R&D
With 10 years of experience in leather product development and R&D, our Product Development Manager leads the process of turning customer concepts into production-ready leather accessories. The role covers sample development, material evaluation, structure refinement, technical feasibility review, and coordination between customer expectations and factory execution.
James Gong, Production / Manufacturing
With 20 years of factory and production management experience, our Production Manager is responsible for coordinating production planning, workflow control, and manufacturing execution across Pellove’s custom leather accessories projects. This role helps transform approved samples into stable bulk production with clearer scheduling, process discipline, and cross-team coordination.
