Entering the Industry with a Passion for Leather
Pellove began with a genuine interest in leather products and a long-term belief in their lasting value. Compared with short-lived trends, leather goods offer practicality, texture, and a sense of durability that continues to appeal across different markets.
In 2011, the founder started the business from a small 10-square-meter booth in Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen, entering the leather goods and electronic accessories industry with a focus on leather phone cases, iPad covers, laptop sleeves, wallets, and related products.
From the very beginning, our attention was not only on the products themselves, but also on how people use them in daily life and what they expect in terms of quality, function, and feel.
Building a Foundation Through Steady Growth
In the early years, Pellove focused on stable operations, reliable quality, and long-term customer relationships. During this period, we gradually built trust in the market and established a solid customer base that became the foundation for future growth.
As the business developed, our operating scale expanded from the original 10-square-meter booth to four physical booths of around 30 square meters each.
This stage was not only about growth in size, but also about gaining a deeper understanding of product demand, customer preferences, and market trends.
Moving from Retail and Wholesale into Manufacturing
As our understanding of products and the market continued to deepen, we realized that entering the production side was essential. Only by getting closer to manufacturing could we improve quality control, product development efficiency, and overall flexibility for customers.
In 2016, Pellove began shifting from retail and wholesale into in-house manufacturing and established a production facility of around 3,000 square meters in Pinghu, Shenzhen.
This was an important turning point, marking Pellove’s transition from a sales-oriented business into a manufacturing-focused company with more complete product development and production capabilities.
Relocating to Dongguan and Scaling Up Production
In 2019, as the business continued to grow, the factory moved from Shenzhen to Tangxia, Dongguan, where Pellove established a modern 6,500-square-meter production facility and built a professional manufacturing team of nearly 370 employees.
This stage represented a major step forward in production scale, operational structure, and quality management.
From this point on, our focus was no longer limited to meeting basic production needs. We placed greater emphasis on standardized workflows, team coordination, and stable delivery for long-term customers.
For a manufacturing company, this was not simply expansion in size, but a broader upgrade in both organizational capability and production strength.
Developing a More Integrated Operating System
With a more complete production base and a maturing supply chain, Pellove further integrated its resources in 2023 across product development, manufacturing, domestic sales, and international sales.
This allowed us to gradually build a more coordinated operating system that connects R&D, large-scale production, and both local and global market support.
At this stage, Pellove’s role became more clearly defined.
We were no longer only participating in retail and wholesale, but were evolving into a company with stronger capabilities in product development, manufacturing execution, and market service.
This shift improved our operating efficiency and strengthened our ability to support customers across different markets and project types.
Fifteen Years of Focus on Leather Electronic Accessories and Premium Leather Products
After fifteen years of steady development, Pellove remains focused on custom leather electronic accessories and premium leather products.
Step by step, we have grown from a small booth in Huaqiangbei into a manufacturing business with dedicated production capability; from retail and wholesale into structured manufacturing; and from a single business model into coordinated development across domestic and international markets.
Every stage of this journey has been built on long-term commitment, practical operation, and a consistent focus on quality.
Today, Pellove continues to put products first, treat quality as a core principle, and value trust as the basis for lasting cooperation.
