Do free samples need to pay for shipping?

For samples in stock, you only need to pay the shipping fee. If we don’t have stock, you need to pay a small sample fee.

How is the price calculated?

We will calculate the quotation according to the different customization options. You can tell us your needs, whether the budget is priority or the effect is limited. We have professional designers to help you measure the balance between effect and price.

How does Pellove guarantee the customized effect?

During the process, we will continue to send samples to you to check the actual product, and we will not mass-produce until we confirm with you that it is the result you want. Of course, we also welcome you to visit the factory.

Does Pellove's mobile phone case comply with environmental protection standards?

Yes, the materials we use are all environmentally friendly materials, and all kinds of certifications are complete. It is a regular factory that meets production standards.

Can I use my own materials to make a phone case, airpods case, ipad case or other leather goods?

Of course, we support you to use your own materials to process for us.

Product Care
How do I clean my iPhone case?

Our leather cases may be gently wiped with a damp cloth, do not dry clean, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry and do not wring the iPhone wallet. Do not machine wash or tumble dry the Phone Case. Saddle soap may be used for leather products. Let it dry flat.

How do I clean my Macbook/iPad Sleeve?

Hand wash cold, do not dry clean, do not bleach, do not iron, do not tumble dry and do not wring the MacBook Sleeve. Hand wash the felt using cold water with a little liquid wool wash.

Hand wash the leather flap using a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and cold water. Let it dry flat.

Irregularities may occur due to the nature of the handwork which makes each and every Mujjo product unique.

How do I clean my product?

Pellove products uses premium quality full grain leather. There may be some characteristic signs such as discolouration, wrinkles, scars and marks. Those do not affect the durability of the product, in fact these arise from the natural beauty of premium leather.

 

For general cleaning on the leather parts of your Pellove product, please use a soft cloth and a leather cleaner and/or conditioning cream and follow instructions. This should be done three or four times a year and this facilitates the durability, shine and increases the beauty of your Pellove product overall. When it comes to the chemicals that you used to clean your Pellove product, you need to be very careful. Turpentine and mineral spirits must be avoided as they can pull colour, and caustic household chemicals should never be used to clean leather and leather preparations that contain alcohol should also be avoided.

Are Pellove Cases Compatible with Wireless Charging?

Yes, all of our leather cases and wallet cases are compatible with wireless charging. However, there are a few things to keep in mind, depending on your iPhone model:

iPhone 11 and earlier models: Wireless charging works with up to three debit/credit cards in the case, and charging performance remains consistent.

iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15,16, and 17 models: For wireless charging to work properly, please remove any debit/credit cards from the case before charging.

We tested our cases holding up to three debit/credit cards (with magnetic strips or chips), and found that wireless charging times were similar with cases holding up to three cards.

Important Notes:

Cards (magnetic strips and RFID chips) in our leather cases were unaffected by wireless charging during testing, and transactions were successfully processed after testing.

Wireless charging over extended periods may affect cards differently. To minimize any risk, we recommend removing any cards before charging wirelessly.

Additional Apple Recommendations:

If your iPhone isn’t charging properly or is charging slowly, and you have a thick, metal, or battery case, Apple suggests removing the case for better performance.

Apple also recommends removing any magnetic mounts or objects like credit cards or key fobs from between your iPhone and the wireless charger to prevent potential damage or reduced performance.

Please note, our cases are compatible with standard wireless charging, which is different from MagSafe charging. Phones with MagSafe compatibility are specifically noted in the product description for your reference.

Are Pellove cases compatible with MagSafe accessories?

Our iPhone17, 16, 15 and 14 Leather Cases and iPhone17, 16, 15 and 14 MagSafe Wallet Cases are compatible with other MagSafe accessories, for example Car Mounts, Battery Packs and Wallets. Please note that our iPhone 14 Wallet Cases, iPhone 13 Leather Cases and earlier Leather Cases and Wallet Cases are not compatible with these MagSafe accessories.

Does MagSafe affect debit/credit cards?

Debit or credit cards in our Leather Wallet Cases are unlikely to be affected by the MagSafe magnets inside the iPhone 12/13/14/15/16/17 device. The ‘strong’ magnets are inside the MagSafe accessories, not in the phone itself. We carried out official tests, following Apple’s procedures, and no cards were affected by the magnets inside the iPhone 12/13/14/15/16 /17devices, not even hotel room keys.

 

Most cards and readers have switched from using a magnetic strip to an EMV chip, which cannot be harmed by magnets.

Do you have magnetic suction? How is the quality?

Except for some special customized materials, most of the materials can be equipped with magsafe. We use magsafe of the same quality as Apple’s official ones.
