Film Sheets Dividing
The film sheets include the decoration contents for multiple units for finished products. To further precision processing, cut them in a designed unit
Film Positioning Hole Cutting
The laser drilling machine automatically recognizes the printed round mark on the sheet and cuts it as a positioning hole, to make sure every single film place at the same position in the next steps
Film 3D Forming
Position the sheet on a specialized precision mold, heat it under 200 Celsius degrees to soften, then close the mold quickly and keep set pressure&timing to stretch out film to the required 3D shape
Film 3D Trimming
Periphery film is trimmed by die-cut tooling, to make its edge fits the final products perfectly
